Communication is a joke here. I call and call, leave voicemails, emails. Never gotten back with. Finally called the other office in a DIFFERENT STATE, and she had to personally get ahold of the person for here. The lady finally decides to get back with me and I’m not nice to her at all, so now I get communication. Imagine that. Then they want to do the evaluation for autism, over video call. What a joke. We toured & loved the facility, took our son off another waiting list because we were told in person there was no waiting list at Lighthouse. Now when we’re trying to get things rolling no one will contact us back, promises of follow up but can’t get a hold of the clinical director. Two weeks later and I finally get a hold of her and she tells me there’s a six month waiting list! Communication is a joke here, beware!
