Lighthouse Apartments Fleming Island are full of disgusting conditions & are handed over to tenants who are expected to pay premium rent. Bathrooms have damaged mirrors and rust. Faucets are rusted out, chipped and dirty. Tubs have gross plastic strips trapping hair, pee and "other". Walls are built paper thin. When you open the cabinets, yikes! & then the ants and cockroaches. Eeww. You have to ask them multiple times to clean/fix items even when those items were marked during your walkthrough.
