They are absolutely wonderful! So caring. No rush. Very fair pricing. Not enough good words in my vocabulary to sing their praises.
You won't find a better place to care for your pets. Our 9-year-old black lab mix just had a chronically infected cyst removed by Dr. Hauser. Less than 2 weeks after surgery, our dog is now sprinting in the field chasing balls, behavior we haven't seen in years. For regular visits, our dog pulls to the door of this place. We are grateful to have found Dr. Hauser and Lighthouse Animal Hospital.
we have been taking our dogs to Dr.Brown and Dr, Hauser since 2016 when they were in cypress animal hospital. Both the Doctors are kind and friendly and very caring along with Kelly and Krissy at the front desk and the techs in the back who are also very friendly and patient with each of my dogs who can be a little challenging.
First, I want to acknowledge that both veterinarians at this practice are kind and very knowledgeable. The issue I have is with the front office staff. On several occasions they were rude and appeared bothered when calling for appointments or asking questions. My last straw was when I called to make an appointment for a sanitary shave for my puppy and they replied with "we are not groomers". I cannot say enough good things about Lighthouse Animal Hospital! Dr. Browne is amazing. She is so kind, compassionate, wise, and just has the best heart. All of the staff is great and they really care. They are accommodating and efficient. Everyone at the desk does an amazing job and I know my pittie is in good hands with them! It feels good to trust your vet and know that you won’t be ripped off or taken advantage of just because they can. All good feels and vibes here!
