I believe it's a price of these rooms. This is best quality due to the location and access to the public beaches and review topped with walking distance to the state park. That's a win win
Great place to stay. Roomy 3br-3 bath.
Beach front. Clean. Plenty of elevators. The pools are awesome. The big drawback is that there is usually someone at the pool blasting their music loud enough you can hear it in your condo. Apart from that, I'd give 4.5 stars.
