I went to Lightfully after my suicide attempt. I had felt like I had finally found hope in the darkness, but I was so wrong. At first it was wonderful. The CCTs were so kind to me (Especially Kristen). It felt like I belonged somewhere, and having that feeling was something new for me. Not great if you have ADHD. Not many accommodations made. Especially if you are the more anxious and fidgety type. This is referring to the Encinitas location for PHP and IOP. I did residential somewhere else where my ADHD type was fully recognized and respected.
