Quick and polite service. Saturday afternoon a/c breakdown. Less than 3 hours after we called our unit was cooling again.
Always a good experience with this company. Solid customer service that is actually authentic and not anything we have felt price gauged on. They always educate us so we have greater awareness in how to cut costs in the future.
While the work that Scott and his assistant did at our home with our Ceiling Fan was EXCELLENT, My wife and I are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the HIGH COST of the project. Charging us with $600 for just the Ceiling Fan project was JUST TOO MUCH!!! I will call someone else next time or just do it myself SOMEHOW . We are Happy with the results, but NOT WITH THE COST!!!
Lightfoot was able to come out same day and fix the leak all in one afternoon! The service was great and fast. There was a $129 leak assessment fee that I would have gone towards the service but that was not the case which was disappointing.
The service was great overall - scheduling, communication and service. Kevin Clack was the service tech. He was very good, very thoughtful, very helpful and honest.
