Jarrod and Billy did a great job-professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Explained what was being done. We have used Lightfoot for years and will continue to use them for our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical care.
Fish with Lightfoot Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical has been been a breath of fresh air. He's extremely knowledgeable and competent. He addressed the problem and took the time to explain things so that we understood. It felt like he cared and that meant a lot.
I contacted Lightfoot about a leaky seal in a bathtub drain. The estimate came out at over $600. The rep admitted that the job would take less than an hour and so I asked him why it would be so much. He said they use a flat rate and he had no other justification and proceeded to collect the $95 service fee. I felt upset that I was paying for a quote full of BS and so I told him that is the last money his business will get from me.
Had a great experience when we had a pipe break at the ranch we work at after regular business hours. Jerod was quick and efficient and very easy to work with. I would recommend Lightfoot for anyone needing a good company to get you taken care of.
I had a membership with Lightfoot a couple of years ago and ended up letting it go. Big mistake. I had an emergency problem and instead of calling the tried and true. I called another local company. I have had nothing but problems with that company. They did not stand behind their word and a lot of the work they did had to be redone. They also caused extra damage.
