Just had THE BEST experience in a not so great situation. Our newish unit threw an error code and the company who installed it started giving us the run around. Lightfoot was sooo delightful to work with from start to finish. From the ease of scheduling, to the honesty in our tech and helping us weight our options and letting us know what is the best deal for us as homeowners. So happy with the outcome and will recommend.

They responded to my call quickly and got everything scheduled quickly the same day. Technician was extremely helpful with calling me on the repairs necessary by phone since the house is a rental and I do not drive after dark in letting me know what was needed for the repairs. Highly recommend the company for repairs necessary quickly especially on weekends.

Brandon did an outstanding job with re-plumbing of our kitchen. He was able to complete the tasks of adding some new features to our kitchen sink. In adding of our new features Brandon was very professional at routing all of the water lines so that we could maximize the space under our sink. He is very conscientious and professional and will definitely use him for all of our plumbing needs in the future.
