We were more than satisfied with Lighten the Load Elder Care when we needed extra help caring for our grandmother. Teresa kept in touch to be sure we were satisfied with the caregivers in place and she treated us like family. If we ever did have any issues with a caregiver, Teresa was very prompt to respond and remedy the situation. We were very fortunate to have some very caring and loving women to care for our grandmother. I really appreciated the personal care we received from this small business. Highly recommend.
Teresa was amazing as she met with us to discuss mamas care. She made us feel totally comfortable and her team allowed us to honor our mother’s wishes and keep her in her home. They became part of our family and always kept us updated and communicated all concerns. They cared for her like we did and she was loved. Mama loved them and we had total peace when they were there. Having Teresa and Lighten the Load has been great for both Mom, and my sister and I.Teresa was so good at understanding the needs and matching her with someone that not only cares but is also a great companion. Since my sister and I both work it is great knowing Mom is being well taken care of during the day. Lighten the Load has been an excellent addition to our Family care plan.
Teresa Hendricks with Lighten the Load responded quickly when I needed assistance with a family member. She is "hands-on" and communicated regularly with us and our assigned caregivers. I recommend!
