I ordered 59 ornaments. They were just as expected, beautiful! They arrived very promptly. One of them had a piece broken. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement, immediately!

Horrible Communication I called to get an idea on finishing some tasks for a website I needed finished reasonably soon and was told I would be contacted in 1-2 days. Six days later and I have heard nothing, plus I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails-emails. Don't waste your time. Communication is the key to a service relationship and it appears that they do not value their potential clients.
