I wanted to express that I recently started working there a bout 2 month ago. From the time I started working here, I've heard from parents about undocumented injuries of toddlers and the dismissal of such and how rude the director of this facility is. Its to the point where parents would ask me why I was out of ratio because they cant speak to the administration. Don’t judge a book by its cover. At first glance this daycare seems amazing. New building, new furniture, new playground, new everything, and “welcoming management”. Lightbridge was our first daycare experience and boy did they disappoint. Our first experience was our daughter getting injured and not notifying us till pick up. The second time our daughter got injured we were notified 7 hrs after the fact. Why so many injuries you might ask, probably because they are always out of ratio. We’ve been coming since September. The facility is immaculate clean which I’m thankful for. I love their technology Facial recognition so I don’t have to remember codes And their app system that I get updates when my child eats goes to the bathroom, etc. I wish they would include their parental camera view. They want to charge extra 60 on top of daycare dues that could easily be included because the cameras are already there. Just a money grab. The current staff in the mobile infant room (Ms. Kaylyn and Ms. Jess) are fantastic! My daughter is happy to see them when we arrive in the morning. I really appreciate their commitment to providing more than just a place for my child to be while I’m at work. They are great about updating the mobile app so that I can see what my daughter is learning, when naps and meals were, and of course photos.
