This service doesn’t even understand their own referral process. The woman who picked up the phone for customers is awful she is rude short and ignorant about her role. I’ve never used a med ride service that doesn’t even understand their own application or referral process. This service is so awful and unprofessional idk how they are still providing a service.

I was 20 minutes late to my appointment, the driver didn’t even know where my appointment was, the operator on the phone was incredibly unorganized and quite frankly: rude. The car itself had a horribly strong air freshener and I was subject to the horrible talk show the driver was listening to during the ride. I’m not sure how these people are still in business. 0/10 do not recommend.

Scheduled a ride for the next day needed to be picked up after one appt and taken to the next appt and they were 15 minutes late making me late for my next appt. First time with this particular company and not impressed with there regard to the fact that people can't be late or they get rescheduled was a very negative factor in rescheduling with this company.
