LightSource Counseling gave me hope back. When I came in I was depressed and didn’t believe I could get any better, but kept coming because I didn’t know what else to do. That was a great choice, as I was able to get a tremendous amount of healing in my time here and my life is much better now. I felt like I was listened to and cared about, and got solid tools and techniques to improve, while processing difficult emotions in session. I would highly recommend LightSource.

Lisa understands betrayal trauma like no other counselor. I had been to 2 other counselors before I found her to help me put my life back together after my husband's betrayals.
