Their service is the worst. We stood at the very front of the line for over 20 minutes and no one took our order. They were completing online orders. In my opinion, you should prioritize the people who are currently in the store over people who have ordered online and are probably 10 minutes away. Terrible terrible service. We ended up not even getting our coffees because no one would take our order
