Fantastic service, quick and thorough.Worked around my other appointments and got me in quickly.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at Light Radiology’s front desk. Unfortunately, the staff there were not only rude but also appeared to treat patients unfairly based on their race. The attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, making an already stressful situation much worse. It was evident that they did not treat all patients equally, which is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. Staff members was kind, friendly and knowledgeable.
Ultrasound prodding is never fun, but the technician did his best. Still, a lollipop at the end would be nice (like when I get flu shots).
Professional, friendly staff. Easy parking at the back. Excellent experience, will definitely be using Light Radiology again in the future.
