I have had a great experience with two compassionate therapists here! Andrea was so helpful to talk to and great about actively listening and sharing resources, and Nicole Grizzle has been amazing for both talk and EMDR therapy. Having seen other counselors in the past, this has been my best experience both with individual therapists and with the Light of the Rockies company as well. Would definitely recommend!
Love my therapist
I’ve been with LOTR’s for several years now and have had no issues. The staff is very friendly. I’ve been seeing Darren Baughman, and he is fantastic. He’s very insightful and gives me useful tools to help in my several addiction recoveries. I haven’t seen any of the other counselors, so I can’t speak on that. But I highly recommend them!
