I called and had a question about an older propane insert in our fireplace. Terry called me back and after asking me a few questions, she suggested checking the batteries in the insert, which I didn’t even know were there. I changed the batteries and it works perfectly. She could have offered to send someone down to check it, but she offered help instead. Very impressed with their excellent customer service!!!
We recently bought a brand new pellet stove here and these guys are the best!! Absolutely professional installation and answered all the questions we had and we could not be more happy with the results of getting this stove!! Not even needing to run the oil furnace at all anymore. Highly recommend for a professional install of heating stoves and fireplaces!!
