Travis was a wonderful person I’m glad you hired him … everything went smoothly. Before I knew it the installation was done ! The other guy that was there on June 5th ( they made a calibration appt instead of an Installation appt) so I had to reschedule . The previous employee was tearing up the inside panel to the drivers side door to do an installation on someone else there for an installation and he was so heavy and it made it harder to get the installation done!! The person who worked on my car took almost 3 hours to install the ignition interlock device. I had explained to him that my car was a hybrid and he told me that they were difficult to work on. He was the only person present at the shop and had to constantly keep texting and calling somebody else for assistance. He seemed to have no real idea of what exactly he was doing, and he kept having me assist with the install, which I don’t think he should’ve been doing.
