Very nice community to live in! Spacious apartments with high ceilings & close to the trail & water. Very happy with current customer service team, especially Narissara. We were having issues getting things fixed in the past but the current service team members are very helpful!!
This is a private residence and should be removed. But it’s great place to live and play!
My insurance had skyrocketed, because this building like the ones around were built right by the river waters. My balcony is always prone to mold. And more than one occasion the past year where rodents were found roaming in the building hallways. I would like to mention, that our HVAC was not sufficient. Thankfully we were fortunate enough to foot the bill for a full heat bump/ air conditioner. Water leaks from above onto other unit’s balconies due to same reasons.
