Would give them 0 stars if that is possible.They care very little about the customers they are supposed to represent through Asurion. While they are quick in the beginning with information their ability to respond with real answers and real help is horrible. They follow a business model of providing the least amount of help and support possible and then blame everyone else for the issue. i have dealt with this extended warranty company for a few times. they have always helped with covering 100% of fixes, replacement or refunded. recently ive been told they do not replace 100% of parts. a battery scooter i bought, i bought their extended warranty because its a battery powered electric device. after i had issues with the scooter i contacted them. a brief talk and they CLAIM its a battery issue and the dont cover that part.
