Worst dental experience in 47 years. I actually have always enjoyed going to the denist since a child. Called to get an appt due to pain and sensitivity on tooth for a few weeks. Receptionist wasnt attentive to what i was saying and even input my name incorrectly to there system which i had to later correct with them due to all my online paperwork that needed to be filled out prior to appt was wrong. I’ve experienced multiple billing issues since transferring from the Renton location to Auburn, which I had previously overlooked due to the convenience of the location. However, the most recent situation has left me extremely disappointed. I called to cancel my appointment more than 24 hours in advance, only to be informed that there is a $50 fee per scheduled hour because the cancellation fell within a 48-hour window. I had a wonderful experience at Light Dental Studios. I was nervous as a new patient and everything was great. Jasmine was very helpful with an insurance question. Shey talked with me, easily helping me get thru the Xray process, explaining it to me patiently. Dr. Alex was also great, made me feel comfortable as he also took time to talk with me thru the whole procedure. Overall the whole thing was easy, quick, and practically pleasant.
