I had a pretty nasty tooth infections and dr alex made the procedure easy and effectively explained everything. Jasmine at the front desk was very sweet. They both helped me with my dental anxiety.
Dr Alex was great! His care to details and making things go fast were wonderful! I highly recommend!
I’ve experienced multiple billing issues since transferring from the Renton location to Auburn, which I had previously overlooked due to the convenience of the location. However, the most recent situation has left me extremely disappointed. I called to cancel my appointment more than 24 hours in advance, only to be informed that there is a $50 fee per scheduled hour because the cancellation fell within a 48-hour window — a policy that was never communicated to me at any point. After moving across the state a while back, I was in need of a new dentist for regular cleaning as well as some other dental issues I was experiencing. My friend recommended Light Dental and I decided to give the Auburn location a shot. The team there was so kind and accommodating and never made me feel judged or embarrassed for needing help after being overdue for dental work.
