Love working out in the afternoons, the class times are great for someone that has a sporadic work schedule. Great atmosphere and coaches.
Liger has it all: great coaching, diverse members, safe outdoor running, and a facility that is always spotless.
I absolutely love training at Liger CrossFit! The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, and really push you past your limits while still making sure you’re moving safely. The workouts are tough but fun, and there’s always a great energy in the gym. Everyone here is super welcoming, so it feels more like a community than just a place to work out.
