I’ve had an amazing experience at CrossFit Sea Dog South. Everything about this place is great from the coaching to the atmosphere and the community. The new owners have done a fantastic job with the renovation. The space feels fresh, clean, and very well organized. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a CrossFit gym in Royal Palm Beach / Wellington area.
CrossFit Liger is the best gym in the entire Royal Palm/ Wellington/ Loxahatchee area. As a lifelong athlete, equestrian and gym goer, I can truly say, the coaches and gym members here have helped me get into the best shape I’ve ever been in. Fun workouts and upbeat people here make it seem effortless to challenge and push myself to continuously improve my fitness level. This place is a real confidence booster, come out and join us.
I hadn’t worked out seriously in over 15yrs. Three weeks in and I feel better than I have in years! Wonderful people, safe and healthy environment. Definitely give it a try!
