The appointment that was set was not the time agreed upon. I spoke with the manager, Julie. She resolve the issue by being unprofessional stating my appointment was at 7am which is not even an option on website. She told me it would be 3 months out to get another appointment .
I overheard Julie speaking to Lance about his appointment and she was very unprofessional and rude.
The whole staff made me feel comfortable. Cori was absolutely fantastic. I was very nervous going there and she put me at ease. Dr. Dunaway sat with me and explained everything. He took his time and didn’t rush me through. I would highly recommend Dr. Dunaway!
We’ve been using Dr. Dunaway for many years. His staff has always been welcoming, And informative with any questions that we have.
