I would give less stars of if I could. This is a crooked lying team that doesn’t have a quality product. I had so many problems and they will not stand behind what they do. I have lots of videos of even their techs running the machine and doesn’t know what’s wrong with it. I tried so many options with them but it comes down to the higher management not wanting to make things right. They don’t care after the sale.

We bought an Elite model screed from Chad Redlinger. It has been a great asset to our company! The customer service and support after the sale has been exceptional! Any questions we have needed answers to Chad has been able to help us figure them out quickly. We will definitely purchase another Ligchine machine when the time comes. I would highly recommend them for their phenomenal machine and their awesome customer service!

From the first time Chad Redlinger came out to west Texas in 2015 to demo a machine for me I was hooked! The simplicity and ruggedness drew me into the Ligchine line up of machines. Over the years of having two different machines we have had our fair share of maintenance experience and a very few mechanical or electrical failures.
