Tim and Jen are AMAZING to work with! Jen is extremely knowledgeable and attention to detail with her quotes. Was able to answer every question immediately and the follow-through was the best we’ve seen anywhere! Tim and his assistant were top-notch, very professional, installation was precise, and every detail was covered! They set your lift to your Boarding height, Storage height and entering and exiting height!! Top-notch customer service all the way around!! Great pricing and great product!!

Absolutely the best service we could have ever received! Called at 7 pm and they were there at 9 am the next day to do the repairs needed!!

These people are fantastic. I bought a used boat lift from them a couple of years ago. They come and take it out and put it back in the spring always in a timely manner. We had the big storm blow thru on Monday of this week and tore my cover the shreds. Today is Friday of the same week and they are installing new cover today already! Communication is always easy and prompt. Thanks for everything.

Highly recommend the Lifts and Docks team. Good prices, and great to work with. They were even very accommodating when I mistakenly bought the wrong component for my lift! One of the few companies still out there wanting to do right by their customers!
