Do not purchase any forklifts from this dealer. New or used I have had nothing but issues with both and they will only put the blame on you and say neglect. Charged account for repairs without quoting or approval. Unprofessional and rude staff in both sales and service department.
Always welcoming and excited help customers . They got the best people in reception .
I just got harassed by one of the workers - he was an old white man with tattoos. He claimed I was in his parking spot, but there was no proof that spot belong to him. He blocked me off and I couldn’t get my car out. This company needs to do serious background checks on who they hire. I was scared for my safety. I have never been in such an uncomfortable situation and I hope no one else experiences this.
