Not good service and to much charge for labour and westing time for fixing.
Had a problem with my forklift. i had and error code saying that it was a motor stall which clearly indicates that something was wrong with the motor got charged $600 for a false report. they said it was my battery dying. they also told me it would be over $10,000 to replace it!!!! Had Leavitt Machinery come and check it out and they fixed it on spot by changing settings so the motor didn't overheat anymore. This costed me under $500 to fix my machine. I called Liftow Ajax for service on our forklifts and Nick arrived to do the work. He was friendly & professional and great to deal with. He kept me in the loop as to what our repair options were and the time line for each. I will definitely be asking for Nick next time.
very shady business dealings, reread all your contracts as they like to sneak in "service contracts' without your knowledge and consent. shady.
