Great studio, great instructors
Kyle’s classes are amazing. Awesome instructor who very clearly explains the moves and keeps the tempo. Does a gold warm up and is very supportive during class. Creates a sense of community amongst the class. Couldn’t recommend him enough! 10/10!
Best workout in West Village? More like best workout in the world! Liftonic has transformed my body and made me more confident in weight lifting. I previously saw a personal trainer for my wedding, and those results don’t come close to these classes. Liftonic is like having a personal trainer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND KYLE’S WEEKDAY CLASSES AND BRYAN ON SUNDAY!
Rachel is a motivational teacher with a big heart and great sense of humor. We just did chest and back, and I forgot I had an ankle injury the whole time. It flew by, and now I’m blissfully spent! Maqks is also astonishing. I tried to post a second review, but let me add that their class is so motivating and feels so powerful. Way to go with the great trainers, LT!
I walked into the dungeon in 2018 with zero lifting experience. I haven’t looked back. The Liftonic formula hasn’t changed because it doesn’t need to. Leave your ego at the door and put yourself into the hands of some of the most precise group trainers in the city—special shoutout to my Liftonic favorites: Scott, Sylvia, and Bryan.
