During the Hurricane at the end of September, We reached out to a {supposed to be friend } at Lift One. We were helping the Charity Flush AVL and a Candler based church. We donated our warehouse and time to this great cause, LiftOne told us if we would pay first months rent they would allow us to use the forklift after as long as the church and charity needed free of charge. 3 months into this my office manager tells me they are charging us 1500 per month. They had our forklift for more than a month for an oil leak as the major concern. The day that it was returned to us, the exact day, in fact, when it was removed from the flatbed truck it was leaking. I made them aware of it immediately. They showed up and said it was residue, it would go away eventually. After a few times coming out they said it was something they hadn't fixed. The machine left leaking, was returned leaking and they charged us more than $8k for ultimately, no result! Shameless!

Very Expensive, charged double labor and when asked, charges are unexplainable. Traveling time considered as labor charge. I paid almost $750 for two hour labor.
