I cannot begin to explain the numerous failures and lack of integrity when dealing with these folks. The service technicians are great folks. The management is where all the issues come from. Refusing to warranty when they're the ones that failed to repair. Lack of any sense of integrity when dealing with them or their corporate folks.
Warranty means nothing to these guys.
