Some of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time. It took 8 phone calls, messages left with multiple people, and over 24 hours just to get an answer about whether a part was in stock. Between the disorganization, the lack of any real system to track requests, and a general “not my problem” attitude from staff, this place is a mess. Save yourself the headache and do business with another local company or via online for parts. This place is a total waste of time.
Cannot recommend. Horrible customer service. Go elsewhere, anywhere.
Piss poor. I’m a truck driver. I called ahead the day before to have a certain 2 pieces ready by the morning. Its been over 3 hours with several attempts to reiterate / follow-up. Everyone here ignores you. Absolute disrespectful mistreatment of vendors!
