Terrible experience at the receiving office. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They seemed completely uninterested in helping drivers and were very slow with the check-in process. I ended up waiting for hours with no clear communication about when I would be unloaded. There’s no respect for drivers’ time, and the lack of proper facilities makes it even worse. If you’re a truck driver, avoid this place if possible. Definitely one of the worst receiving experiences I’ve had.”

LiftOne really helped get my business out of a jam today after another supplier mis-spec'ed a piece of rental equipment and caused a huge last minute problem. Within 3 business hours we had the lift we needed, delivered, and doing its thing thanks to the efforts of multiple teams at LiftOne working in parallel to make it happen in short order. I could not have asked for a better experience! Thanks to everyone over at LiftOne!

Had the steering cylinder on my Clark forklift changed today. My tech Jason worked with me on a good time to do the service, called me yesterday to confirm, and showed up today ready to work. He was polite and very professional. He was prepared and preformed the service out of the way and cleaned the area when he was done. Upon completion he wiped the machine down then drove it like a mad operator to insure no leaks. I am on Liftone's PM program and will recommend them to anyone who wants a quality service company.
