I have a friend who lives behind this company. Whenever a storm happens, or it gets very windy, alarms go off on their vehicles that go off all weekend. She has called numerous times but to no avail. The disappointing part is the lack of customer service and care to find a resolution. This leads me to believe they aren't a very customer focused business, which is disappointing, since they're rated 4.3 stars on here. I'll update this post if something changes.
Customer service is non existent. The person answering the phone could not have sounded more bothered by having to answer the phone. If that wasn't bad enough, I was forwarded to what is apparently an unmonitored voicemail that confidently told me I would receive a call back within 1 hour. It's been 24. Doesn't matter, I will do everything I can to avoid doing business with a company that does not value my business.
