Called regarding an issue with my cantilever boat lift and spoke with Brian. Although I was outside of their service area and they couldn’t send a technician, Brian still took the time to help me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. He spent 2–3 hours with me, reviewing photos by text and walking me through each step over the phone until we were able to fix the issue. That level of customer service is hard to find. Thank you Brian!
Brian and his team do a great job getting the lifts in and out of the water. They come when they say they will be there and do an amazing job. We also bought a new lift from them and Brian was very helpful guiding us through the options. I highly recommend him.
