Love this place. Very clean. Instructors are friendly and encouraging. They have classes for all different levels and a heels class that's really fun.
I love this place! Why? 1. The instructors and students are down to earth and fun to take classes with. 2. The studio offers pole classes almost every night of the week (which is awesome). 3. It's a chill place where you can feel comfortable in your body. 4. Everyone is body positive and empowering. 5. The price is right! If you have wanted to check out a pole or Twerk class, do it! You will not be disappointed.
Just left my first ever twerk class with Melody. Was a fantastic time, she made me and my boyfriend feel very comfortable shaking our butts even though our technique was comedically clumsy. Great workout, great time!
Omg best fitness class I've ever been to already addicted to the fun atmosphere! And Katy is a awesome beginner instructor!
Gabriel has great energy, is a patient teacher and keeps the studio sparkling clean! The background music was fun, there was plenty of fitness infused in the lesson and he allows time for videos, stretching or free styling after the 7pm class. Will make this a part of my regular routine! Thanks for the fun and easy to learn experience, Gabriel 😊👍🏼
