This is exactly what you need in a gym. Came into town for a little while and the people and the energy in this gym is exactly what you need to stay motivated and actually achieve the body and health you desire. Was only in town a few days and lifted my highest numbers ALL YEAR. The equipment is great, with a perfect mix of old school real lifting feel, and buttery smooth new equipment.
