I have been using URB products daily and have been very impressed with their high quality and affordability. Shipping times are minimal and often get sent out the same day. The customer service is absolutely stellar. I've had multiple friendly conversations and the only issue I have had was with a burnt tasting pen, which they very kindly sent me a new one within a few hours! 6/5 stars.

I have sent this business 3 separate emails to during the past several days to complain about the defective product that was sent to me - they have not responded to any of my emails. I ordered an edible CBD product that arrived as a gooey, liquified mess. I offered to send them a picture of .the product to prove that the item was defective. I requested a refund or to send me free of charge an equivalent product that wasn't defective. At this point I only want a refund.
