Very fun
This is a community of people working together to become healthy and fit. The workouts are challenging, they push me past what I thought I could do. I have been going here for just over 5 months and I am so much healthier and happier. I recommend this fitness studio to all, if your unmotivated don't worry the ladies here have enough motivation for you until you get your own. Best workouts and community of people.
Iam so glad they put a bungee gym here in Shawnee, my cousin and I go every chance we get, we absolutely love the staff they make you feel important, and worthy. We love it here
