I truly can’t say enough good things about Lifted. After playing lacrosse in college, I really struggled to find a gym environment that felt right for me, with structured workouts that I enjoyed, coaches I trusted, and a group atmosphere that pushed me in the best way. I have been a member of Lifted Fitness for almost 4 years now and it has been by the far the best gym I’ve been to in Boston (or anywhere really). The owners, Pat and Mo, have created such a welcoming, safe, unpretentious and fun space for everyone who works out there.
