I've been working out with LiFTED since 2018, and it's been life-changing. The community, coaches, small class sizes, and skills gained have complemented my athletic goals like competing as a runner, getting stronger, and staying healthy and un-injured. Dropped in twice while I was visiting Arcata. Lovely gym with a great layout, kind coaches, and flexible class times. Tim made me feel super welcome and gave me a lot of helpful coaching on my power clean, which helped me hit a PR. Would definitely return if I make it up to Arcata again!
