I highly recommend this gym. I've been training here for 5 years and have felt very supported through every stage of my journey, from rehabbing an injury, to doing my first powerlifting competition and everything in between. The coaches are incredible and it's obvious they know their stuff. They'll tailor a program to suit your goals and make tweaks along the way as required. Connor was great, made me feel very comfortable. He was knowledgeable and explained my injury well. We have a plan moving forward and I look forward to the progress. Highly recommend
Expensive for what u get. Felt pressured to sign up, when I said it was out of budget, almost instantly I was ignored
