I’m not a morning person at all but the fact that I make it to the 6AM lift classes means they are doing something right! I love the community and the energy at this gym. The coaches are so motivational, friendly, and give proper guidance. I have nothing negative to say!

Very grateful to Lift for all there support! Over the past 5 months I went from a very sedentary life to going daily to gym and revamped my diet through their transformation program. I've been fortunate to lose a little over 50lbs since joining all possible to the lovely staff at Lift.
