I like gyms where I can get into my workout without a lot of distractions, and Lift Vero gave me that kind of environment. Lift Vero is one of the few gyms in Vero Beach that has actual trainers that motivate you. All you have to do is follow their instructions and you will become fit. Many of their programs will make you more fit than if you lift weights and did cardio on your own period. Their programs are high intensity aerobic type programs, which are the only way to be truly fit. Nice looking gym and pleasant fitness coaches however if you choose not to sign up, they will spam you incessantly. A bit culty.
