I only ever deal with the parts department so I can't speak for the rest of it but parts is awesome
Absolutely the worst forklift company. They overcharge and HOPE the customer doesn’t notice, they don’t show up on time, the used equipment “inventory” has never been gone through and they only sell with a 30 day(maybe) “warranty”. Spend your money elsewhere!!!
