Nothing but positive things to say. Lift to Thrive is a no gimmicks, work hard and see the results, type of gym with great personalized coaching and good people all around. Where other gyms have felt overly prescriptive, lift to thrive has been really good at testing my limits and pushing, while being focused on long term health and progress.
