After calling numerous lift dealers and not finding what I was looking for, I found Loren at SWL. Loren was very knowledgeable, friendly and overall, just easy to work with. The purchasing procedure was simple and straight forward. After I finished the garage renovations to accommodate the lift and stacked cars, we selected an install date. Loren took the time to explain the importance of the integrity of their system. Design and materials seem superior to some other systems I shopped. Good customer handling for timing and delivery. With assistance from Addison, delivery and installation went smoothly and to my satisfaction!

First, let me just say I had very specific needs when it comes to working on vehicles. Loren, helped me determine the exact products I would need and walked me through the entire process. The local store was great. Adison scheduled time for me to visit, measure and see the different products they offer. First , I am not one who usually leaves reviews. Neither positive or negative. But after purchasing two lifts, one 8 thousand pound for car storage. And a 9 thousand pound with two sliding jacks for mechanical use and storage. The quality of the product far exceeded my expectations.
