Outstanding gym in a great location in Brentwood. The equipment is top notch and the facility is always clean. Most importantly they have the best staff. There is a great atmosphere here with staff and members. You can tell the owner and his team are passionate about what they do. I have recommended Lift STL to both my family and friends. Great atmosphere, equipment and staff. The atmosphere was very inviting and cool place to get a quality workout in. The equipment was new and up to date and kept well. The staff is amazing both times I’ve been thanks to Trent and Georgia!
Perfect gym for ego lifters. Definitely become a member if you like waiting to use the squat rack because someone’s hogging multiple pieces of equipment or the local gym rats feel the need to have 30 minute conversations around them. I’ve kept my membership only due to the quality of the equipment and staff. Edit: The machine hogging/long water talks around the equipment has gotten better recently. Sadly, all of the gyms treadmills (only 3) slip. Seems like the belts need adjusted. Hopefully they fix this because I actually ... read more
