Lift-STL has changed my gym experience forever. Lift is the first gym I've been a member of to genuinely motivate me in bettering myself. The atmosphere at Lift is awesome and the people are even more awesome. Members are so willing to talk and give advice while the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I love the vibe and the top of the line equipment that aids in my newfound motivation and love for weight training. I don't write a ton of reviews but I can't not after going to Lift STL - I had a wonderful experience. I was traveling through and needed a place to get a lift in and this was a great spot with great equipment!! 12/10 would recommend this spot to any of my gym going friends!!
