We stopped in for a day pass as we were staying from out of town. They were very accommodating and the front desk was very helpful and polite. The gym was super clean and welcoming. Lots of great equipment. Highly recommended.
Great gym, was in town this week and the staff treated me very well! Highly recommend compared to other gyms around the city of St. Louis. Marvin was a dawg!

Lift STL has become a place where I feel grounded and supported, not just physically but mentally as well. The people, the staff, and the culture a... read more
