Having just competed on Sunday at Masters Legends powerlifting meet, I wanted to have a good reload workout while traveling for work. I looked for who had a good Day Pass and featured Bench/DL platforms in the Social Media posts. (I have been to a lot of sub optimal gyms where I wouldn't feel comfortable hitting a respectable bench there.) Lift STL certainly met my needs. Outstanding gym in a great location in Brentwood. The equipment is top notch and the facility is always clean. Most importantly they have the best staff. There is a great atmosphere here with staff and members. You can tell the owner and his team are passionate about what they do. I have recommended Lift STL to both my family and friends. Great atmosphere, equipment and staff. The atmosphere was very inviting and cool place to get a quality workout in. The equipment was new and up to date and kept well. The staff is amazing both times I’ve been thanks to Trent and Georgia!
