Great atmosphere, equipment and staff. The atmosphere was very inviting and cool place to get a quality workout in. The equipment was new and up to date and kept well. The staff is amazing both times I’ve been thanks to Trent and Georgia!
Perfect gym for ego lifters. Definitely become a member if you like waiting to use the squat rack because someone’s hogging multiple pieces of equipment or the local gym rats feel the need to have 30 minute conversations around them. I’ve kept my membership only due to the quality of the equipment and staff. Edit: The machine hogging/long water talks around the equipment has gotten better recently. Sadly, all of the gyms treadmills (only 3) slip. Seems like the belts need adjusted. Hopefully they fix this because I actually ... read more

Lift-STL has changed my gym experience forever. Lift is the first gym I've been a member of to genuinely motivate me in bettering myself. The atmosphere at Lift is awesome and the people are even more awesome. Members are so willing to talk and give advice while the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I love the vibe and the top of the line equipment that aids in my newfound motivation and love for weight training.
