The lack of knowledge from the technician that showed up to fix our forklift was very apparent. He spent more time on the phone with someone (asking questions)than actually looking at our lift. This frustrates me greatly, seeing as how an inexperienced person can greatly inflate a repair bill in a short manner. In the future, maybe you should send out people that have experience repairing things correctly? Rather than guessing. My 2 cents. Would not use again.
Dustin helped me fix a tire and was excellent help.
