If you want to try strength training, this is the place to do it. Great instructors (shout out to Alexis) and small class sizes. I hate waiting for a squat rack to open up in any gym, this was the perfect place to lift weights and then get on with your day. It's pretty expensive but worth it for overall physical and mental health benefits.

I enjoyed my time going to Lift Society greatly! The coaches here are all super friendly and give corrections along with the education as to why when changing to a different movement. Especially enjoyed the classes with Alexis and Sean; they are great! I found this gym to be a really good starting point for someone who is getting back into lifting after taking a break/ or having medical issues; so no need to be a super strong powerlifter. It’s the best place to learn how to lift. And if you know how - it’s an amazing place to practice progressive overload. It’s strength training without the injury risk that comes with CrossFit! All the trainers are wonderful too.
