Totally incompetent to the point of malpractice. My dermatologist referred me to Lift Plastic Surgery. I had a spot of skin cancer on my face. The dermatologist was going to remove it and the plastic surgeon was going to close the wound. It took almost three weeks for Lift to call me back and make an appointment for a consultation.
