Erica is an excellent Osteopath. She is very comprehensive in her assessment and especially skilled in her treatment. I always feel amd notice improved health from having receiving treatment from Erica. A definite recommendation from me!

I have been seeing Erica for over 5 years. My 5 weekly maintenance sessions have been beneficial in keeping my body healthy, and in balance. Any niggling pains and irritations that arise, get manipulated and treated, whilst they are small issues and stop becoming major issues. I went to see Erica as I was experiencing some ongoing lower back pain that didn't seem to want to go away. I wasn't sure about going to an osteopath, but I'm so glad I did. Over two sessions, Erica eased my pain and gave me exercises to do at home which have helped me recover from my injury. She was happy to answer all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable.
I have have now moved over to Lift Osteopathy as I am so happy with the treatment and results.
