I feel embarrassed for my husband today who had a consultation with your kenora business after I encouraged him to go. He walked away so upset. Do you realize how hard it is for some men to show up to what is mostly a woman’s service? You should be embarrassed to have a business with technicians who treat people this way and the lack of knowledge. He wrote his own review , read it .
I’m a male who went in today for a consult for my face and eyes at the kenora location to see what services would work for my skin problems. It wasn’t much of a consult. The technician didn’t introduce herself, barely acknowledged me when I first arrived, she proceeded to do the so-called consult in the waiting room. I was not brought into a room , she did not examine or look at my skin . This is the worst place I’ve ever experienced, and I hope by this review no one comes to this place. I tried to come in for a consult with Kathy the owner, however, she cancelled on me two times. Once she told me she was late from Fort Frances; and within the same day, she walked in late on me again after rescheduling me 43 minutes late after her being late from her Fort trip and holding a fresh Tim Hortons (her shop is right beside Tim’s). Had a Hydrabrasion facial with Lillian and Keisha this week, and I’m honestly blown away. They showed me the container afterward, and seeing all the gunk that came out of my skin was equal parts gross and satisfying—proof the treatment works. The whole visit felt relaxed and thorough, and that jelly mask at the end was the perfect finish. My face looks brighter, feels smoother, and I’m noticing fewer little bumps already.
