Decent gym, 50$ for a monthly membership with lots of talking about people at the gym to people who have no business knowing whether or not you cancel your gym membership. This gym was not a fit for me, i went maybe 4-6 times, and felt watched constantly by the cameras. I understand it tho, but i would make a ton of changes especially with how confident the owner is about giving out personal information on whether or not i was canceling my membership or not.

Two years with this gym and it’s hand down the best I’ve ever been to. Never been so comfortable inside a gym. Not only is it constantly clean, full of respectful, determined, and supportive women, but it quickly started to feel home-y 🫶🏼 with self-care amenities, a weekly updated app and splits, and my fav: the filtered water dispenser. Thank you Jessica !! 💗

I cannot say enough good things about Jessica and LIFT!! Its an environment that cultivates support, encouragement, and togetherness with women. I remember walking into the gym for the first time feeling so shy, and worried about what people would think because I had no experience with weight training. Love L.I.F.T.!! Such an empowering and non-judgmental place!! Jessica is super helpful and encouraging and I love the women-only atmosphere! Highly recommend!
