Nice people and great service. Bought my lift just over 2 years ago and earlier this month there was a small leak from the hydraulic fluid container. SInce the lift was over 2 years old, I booked a service call with them to come check and test everything and resolve the leaky container. Ty came by, inspected the lift and made some adjustments. I ordered a 10XLT lift with a rolling jack from Lift King about a year ago. I chose this company specifically because they are an Alberta-based business and I wanted to support local. At the time of purchase, I was told delivery and installation would take approximately two weeks. That timeline quickly turned into a couple of months just to receive the lift. Very disappointed in this company. They say they stand behind their product but they don’t. I paid full price plus shipping and installation to install a single post hoist in May 2023. When it arrived it was rusty and one of the run rails was twisted. The drip trays that came with it didn’t fit. Promises after promises to replace the run rail and provide correct drip trays and nothing. Gave numerous timelines throughout the 2 years that it would be replaced and nothing.
